Fortis Rose Solicitors Policies
At Fortis Rose Solicitors, we believe that clarity, transparency and professionalism are fundamental to building trust with our clients. The policies set out below explain how we work, the standards we adhere to as an SRA-regulated law firm, and the rights and safeguards available to you when instructing us.
Our aim is to ensure that every client understands not only the legal services we provide, but the principles that underpin our practice: integrity, accountability, and a commitment to delivering work to the highest standard. These policies outline how we protect your information, how we handle your matter, your money, how we manage compliance and regulatory responsibilities, and how you can raise concerns if something does not meet your expectations.
We keep all policies under regular review to ensure they remain aligned with current legislation, SRA requirements and best practice within the profession. If you have any questions about any aspect of our policies or require them in an accessible format, please contact us and we will be pleased to assist.
